How to Make Homemade Pizza

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Filling:

  • Mozzarella cheese, ham, and tomato sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions:

In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Mix well. Gradually add the water and stir with a spoon until combined.

Use your hands to knead the mixture until the dough is smooth, elastic, and doesn’t stick to your hands.

Place the dough in a skillet, pressing it to cover the base evenly. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then flip and reduce to low heat.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough, then add ham, mozzarella cheese, and top with tomato slices. Cover the skillet.

Let it cook for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the base is golden.
