How to make Rice Bread Without Wheat Flour

- 2 cups of rice flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
Directions:
Start by adding all the ingredients to the blender, except the baking powder, and blend well for about 2 to 3 minutes (or until it’s well homogeneous).
Then, add the baking powder and mix using a spoon until it’s well combined with the other ingredients.
Next, pour the batter into a buttered and rice flour-dusted baking pan.
Then, bake in a preheated oven at medium heat (180ºC/356 °F) for about 30 to 40 minutes (or until golden brown).
