How to make Pudding with 4 simple ingredients

This sugar-free and condensed milk-free pudding is perfect for those seeking a balanced diet or with dietary restrictions. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1.75 ounces of xylitol sweetener (or another baking-stable sweetener, 50 grams)
  • 4 ¼ cups of skim milk (or plant-based milk for a lactose-free option, 1 liter)
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Directions:

Syrup Preparation:
First, in a small bowl, mix the xylitol with a little water. Then, heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir well, and repeat the process if necessary until the xylitol is completely dissolved and forms a syrup. Next, if desired, add a few drops of vanilla essence to enhance the color and flavor of the syrup.

Pudding Preparation:
We will start by beating the eggs in a bowl until well mixed. After that, gradually add the milk, continuing to beat. Then, incorporate the sweetener and vanilla essence, stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Assembly and Cooking:
After this, lightly coat two small glass dishes with a bit of the prepared xylitol syrup. Then, pour the pudding mixture into the dishes. Next, cook them in a double boiler on the stove: place the dishes in a pan with boiling water, partially covering it with a lid. Let it cook for about 15 minutes, or until the puddings are set.

Cooling and Unmolding:
Finally, let the puddings cool at room temperature. Then, transfer them to the refrigerator and chill for a few hours until they are completely firm. To finish, run a knife along the edges of the dishes and invert the pudding onto a plate.
