How to make Yogurt Cake with 3 Ingredients

Need a quick dessert? This yogurt cake is ready in 5 minutes with just three ingredients. Light and delicious, it will impress everyone with its flavor. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 grams plain yogurt (14.1 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch (such as Maizena) (1.4 oz / 40g)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Directions:

First, place the plain yogurt in a bowl and stir well until it becomes completely smooth. Next, add the eggs and carefully mix until fully incorporated.

Then, add the cornstarch and continue stirring until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.

After that, pour the batter into a round baking dish lined with parchment paper. Then, bake it in a preheated oven at 338 °F (170 °C) for about 50 minutes.

Once baked, let it rest for 1 to 2 hours. Lastly, sprinkle powdered sugar on top (optional) and serve immediately.
