How to Make Three Milk Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk (14 ounces /395 grams)
  • 1 carton of heavy cream (7 ounces /200 grams)
  • 1 cup of milk (8.1fl oz/240 ml)
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (0.5 ounces /15 grams)

Instructions:

First, dissolve the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water. Then, microwave it for 15 seconds at a time until the gelatin is completely melted.

Next, add the dissolved gelatin and the remaining ingredients to a blender. Then, blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.

Pour the mixture into a caramelized mold. Now, refrigerate for about 3 to 4 hours, or until the pudding is firm.

Once set, remove it from the mold, decorate as desired (optional), and it’s ready to serve.
