How to make Strawberry & Pineapple Layered Dessert

Ingredients:
Strawberry Layer:
- 1 packet strawberry-flavored drink mix (25 g / 0.88 oz)
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk (13.9 oz)
- 400 g heavy cream or table cream (14.1 oz)
Pineapple Layer:
- 1 packet pineapple-flavored drink mix (25 g / 0.88 oz)
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk (13.9 oz)
- 400 g heavy cream or table cream (14.1 oz)
Topping:
- 50 g milk chocolate shavings (1.76 oz)
Directions:
In a blender, combine the strawberry layer ingredients and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour into a glass dish, spread evenly, and set aside.
Repeat the process with the pineapple layer ingredients. Carefully pour over the strawberry layer and smooth the top.
Decorate with milk chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until set, then serve chilled.
