How to make Strawberry Dessert with 4 ingredients

Learn how to prepare for quick and easy dessert step-by-step recipes inspired by top online culinary schools. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet (25 g / 0.88 oz) strawberry flavored powdered juice mix
  • 1 envelope (24 g / 0.85 oz) unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 ml (13.5 fl oz / about 1 ⅔ cups) whole milk

Directions:

Start by preparing the gelatin according to the package instructions. Typically, dissolve it in 10 tablespoons (150 ml / 5 fl oz) of cold water, then heat until fully dissolved.

In a blender, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, pineapple juice powder, and the dissolved gelatin. Blend for about 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.

Lightly grease a bundt pan or any mold with a center hole using a little oil.

Pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until completely set.

Once firm, remove from the fridge, gently loosen the edges with a butter knife, and carefully unmold.

Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing, creamy dessert!

 Extra Tips to Make It Even Better:

  • To make unmolding easier, briefly dip the bottom of the pan in warm water for a few seconds.
  • Decorate with fresh pineapple chunks, mint leaves, or lemon zest for extra flavor and beauty.
  • Try switching the flavor! You can make this with passion fruit, or lemon-flavored powdered juice.
  • For a lighter version, swap the whole milk for low-fat or skim milk.
