How to make Creamy Rice pudding
One of the best desserts I’ve ever made, its creamy texture is perfect with a flavor that is simply delicious. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Lemon peel
- Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Directions
First, put the rice, water and salt in a pan. Then cook over a medium heat until the rice has absorbed the water.
Then add the milk, condensed milk, cinnamon stick and lemon zest to the rice in the pan.
Then cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the liquid has reduced and thickened. Then remove the cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
Finally, transfer the rice pudding to individual bowls or a bowl.
Finish by allowing to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
