- 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour, or more as needed

Directions
First, use baking paper to line a baking tray.
Then, in a large bowl, mix the flour and yogurt, stirring until a soft dough forms. Now transfer the mixture to a lightly floured surface and knead the dough for 3 minutes.
Next, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, now take one piece at a time and roll it into a ball. Then shape each ball of dough into the shape of a bagel, using your finger to create a small hole in the center. Then place them on the prepared baking tray. Now repeat this process with the remaining dough.
Then leave the bagels to rest for 15 minutes. Then spray them lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle them with the bagel seasoning.
Finally, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then bake the bagels in the preheated oven until they start to brown, which usually takes about 20 to 25 minutes.
