How to make Quick Cake

- 8.5 oz (2 cups / 240g) of all-purpose flour/wheat flour
- 6 eggs
- 7 oz (1 cup / 200g) of sugar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat well. Then, add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Sift the flour and gently fold it into the mixture until fully combined. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Turn off the oven, let the cake cool slightly before removing it from the pan, and serve for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
