- 2 ½ cups milk (600ml)
- ½ can sweetened condensed milk (7 ounces)

Directions
First of all, beat the condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk, cornstarch and grated coconut in a blender for about 3 minutes.
Then add the yeast and mix quickly, just to incorporate it.
Now pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured loaf tin (25 cm x 12 cm).
Then place in a preheated oven at 392 °F or (200 °C) and bake for approximately 35–40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check that the cake is completely baked.
Then take it out of the oven, prick it with a fork and drizzle it with a syrup made from condensed milk and milk. While still in the tin, cut the cake into slices.
