How to make Pave

Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 package of cornstarch cookies
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of heavy cream
- 1 can of regular milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3.5 ounces of semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Strawberries and whipped cream for decoration
Directions
First, in a saucepan, combine the normal milk and condensed milk (reserve a small amount), the lightly beaten egg yolks, the vanilla extract and the flour mixed into the reserved milk.
Then stir until it thickens. Then turn off the heat and add the cream with the liquid.
Then divide the cream equally into two baking dishes.
1st cream:
In the first dish, add the grated chocolate to the hot cream. Stir until completely melted. Then add 1 cup of chopped strawberries. Now mix and set aside.
2nd cream:
In the second dish, add the whipped cream and 1 cup of chopped strawberries to the cream. Now mix and set aside.
Assembly:
Finally, in a large baking dish, make layers in the following order: the second cream, the cookies, the chocolate cream (first cream), the cookies, the second cream and the first cream.
At the end, add whipped cream (with a medium star nozzle) to decorate. Now just spread it over the cake.
