- 2 eggs

- 1/3 cup sugar ( 70 grams )
- 4 cups bread flour (475 grams )
- 3/4 cup milk ( 170ml )
- 2 tablespoons fresh yeast or 2 packets active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Let’s start by heating the milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Then, take it out and mix in the sugar and crumbled yeast. Stir well and add the eggs, softened butter, and honey, mixing everything thoroughly.
Next, using a separate container, put in the flour and salt. Make a mound with a hole in the middle (like a volcano) and add the liquid mixture, kneading all the ingredients with your hands or suitable utensils until you form an elastic and homogeneous dough. For the bread to be soft, the dough should be slightly sticky.
After that, place the dough on a surface greased with a little oil and knead it lightly.
Then, form small balls with about 70 to 80 grams of dough each and place them on a baking sheet greased with a bit of butter, leaving a small space between each ball.
Next, place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 80 degrees Celsius (176 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Without opening the oven, increase the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for another 15 minutes.
Finally, remove from the oven and, to give them a shine, spread a piece of butter over the surface of the bread. When they are warm, remove them from the mold and they will be ready to serve.
