Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups of milk
1 cup of oil
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 eggs
Filling options: cheese, shredded chicken (or others)

Instructions:

Start by adding all the ingredients, except for the filling, to the blender and blend well until you get a smooth batter. Now, pour half of the batter into a previously greased and floured baking dish.

Next, add the filling, pour the remaining batter on top, spread it evenly, and if desired, sprinkle with oregano and cheese.
