- 200 grams of heavy cream (1 small carton)
- 395 grams of condensed milk (1 can)
- 1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can for measurement)
- 2 cups of sugar (for caramel)
- 1 cup of water (for caramel)
Instructions:
Start by adding the sugar to a saucepan and stirring until it melts completely. Then, gradually add the water, stirring until you obtain a caramel syrup. Pour the syrup into the sides and bottom of a mold and set it aside.
Next, dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions. Then, in a blender, add the rest of the ingredients along with the dissolved gelatin.
