- 2 boxes of pineapple-flavored gelatin
- 4 boxes of cream (200 grams each)
- 300 ml of water
Ganache:
- 200 grams of chocolate
- 1 box of cream (200 grams)
Preparation:
Put half of all the ingredients, the strawberry gelatin, in the blender and blend well. Then, pour it into a glass dish and refrigerate for a few hours (until set).
