Preparation Method:
Start by beating the eggs in a stand mixer at maximum speed until they double in volume (about 12 to 15 minutes).
Reduce the speed of the mixer, then gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat after each addition until well combined.
Sift the flour and gradually add it to the egg mixture. Use a whisk to gently fold the flour into the mixture from bottom to top.
Pour the batter into a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
