- 1 bottle of coconut milk

- 1 carton of heavy cream
- 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Preparing the Cream:
First, using a bowl, mix the condensed milk, coconut milk, cream and flaked coconut until the mixture is homogeneous.
Then, in an oval dish (24 cm x 17 cm), make a layer of the cream and another of the cookies soaked in the milk.
Now repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with a layer of cream. Now put in the freezer for a few minutes.
Preparing the Ganache:
We’ll start by melting the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a bain-marie.
Then add 2/3 of the cream and mix well until you get a glossy texture.
Assemble:
First, pour the ganache over the cream in the serving dish, spreading it evenly.
Then, using a small bowl, mix the rest of the cream (1/3 of the carton) with the melted white chocolate.
Then pour this mixture over the dark chocolate ganache and, using a barbecue stick, make designs to create a blended effect.
Finally, put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. Then just take it out and enjoy this prestige treat on the platter.
