- 2 large eggs
- 150 g mushrooms (about 5.3oz / 1 ½ cups, chopped)
- 4–5 medium potatoes (about 600g / 21oz / 1.3 lb)
- 3 tablespoons flour (about 24g / 0.85oz)
- 1 onion (about 100g / 3.5oz)
- 2 garlic cloves (about 6g / 0.2oz)
- 2 chicken breasts, or ground chicken (about 400g / 14oz)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (about 2 tablespoons / 8g / 0.3oz)
Directions:
1 — Prepare the potato base:
Peel the potatoes and cook them until very tender. Mash them in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Let them cool slightly, then add the eggs and flour. Mix well until you get a soft, dough-like texture and set aside.
2 — Make the chicken and mushroom filling:
Cut the chicken into small cubes and cook it in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to brown. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and finely diced mushrooms.
