How to make Pavé dessert
Pave is a dessert that consists of layers of cookies, cream and icing, making it very creamy. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of cornflour cookies
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 box of washed and chopped strawberries
- 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatine powder
- 4 tablespoons water
Directions
First, using a bowl, combine the gelatine powder with water and heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds, until completely dissolved. Set aside.
Now, in a blender, mix the condensed milk, cream, milk and chocolate powder until you have a uniform mixture.
Then add the dissolved gelatine and blend again. Now, in an ovenproof dish, assemble a layer of cornstarch cookies, lightly moistened with milk.
Then spread half of the chocolate mixture on top. Now make another layer of cookies and cover with the rest of the cream.
Finally, decorate with chopped strawberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
It’s ready, now serve it cold or at room temperature.
