How to Make Dessert Recipe

Quick and easy dessert recipe perfect for an afternoon snack. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

Passion Fruit Mousse:

  • 100 ml (3.4 oz) of milk
  • 395 grams (13.9 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams (7 oz) of heavy cream
  • 1 packet (18 grams / 0.63 oz) of passion fruit-flavored powdered drink mix

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 200 grams (7 oz) of chopped milk chocolate
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) of heavy cream

Instructions:

Start by adding the milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit-flavored powdered drink mix to a blender.

Blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.

Transfer the mousse to a glass dish, spread it evenly, and refrigerate.

Chocolate Ganache:

In a saucepan, add the chopped milk chocolate and heavy cream. Place over low heat.

Stir until the chocolate melts completely and forms a smooth, creamy ganache.

Pour the ganache over the passion fruit mousse, spreading it evenly.

Return the dish to the refrigerator and chill for 60 minutes or until firm.

Serving:

After chilling, remove from the refrigerator, optionally decorate with chocolate chips, and serve. Enjoy!
