  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

First we’ll start by gathering all the ingredients. Then preheat the oven to 165 °C (325 °F).

Then line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, leaving 2 inches of overhang on two opposite sides of the pan. Then coat the aluminum foil lightly with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Then place 30 cookies in a food processor. Cover and pulse until finely ground.

Then add the melted butter and pulse just until incorporated.

Then transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Then press the crumbs evenly into the bottom of the pan.

Then bake in the preheated oven until firm, about 10 minutes.
