How to Make Nutella Cake

Recipe Ingredients:
- 12.3 oz/350 grams jar of Nutella (hazelnut spread)
- 5 eggs
Preparation Method:
Start by adding the eggs to a mixer. Beat on high speed until the volume doubles (about 5 to 6 minutes). Next, put the Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on medium power for about 20 seconds.
Without stopping the mixer, gradually add the warmed Nutella to the beaten eggs. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured baking pan.
Preheat the oven to (180ºC/350°F), and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if it’s done.
Finally, remove the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly, remove it from the pan, decorate as desired (optional), and serve.
