How to make Magic Blender Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of warm milk (240 ml)
- 1/4 cup of oil (60 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (25 g)
- 1 teaspoon of salt (5 g)
- 1 packet of active dry yeast (0.35 oz / 10 g)
- Approximately 3 cups of all-purpose flour (360 g)
Directions:
First, place the eggs, warm milk, oil, sugar, and salt into a blender. Then, blend for about 1 minute until everything is well combined. Next, add the yeast and blend briefly, just to incorporate it into the mixture.
After that, transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl. Right after, gradually add the flour, stirring with a spoon until the dough becomes soft and smooth.
Then, pour the dough into a glass baking dish or loaf pan that has been greased and floured.
Cover with a clean cloth and let the dough rise for approximately 40 minutes, or until it doubles in size. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Lastly, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then carefully remove it from the pan.
