Hello, everyone! Today, we’re going to learn together how to make a practical and easy Layered Grape Dessert in a Dish. Grab a pen and paper to jot down all the ingredients, and let’s proceed with the preparation.
How to Make:
It’s simple to make, features 3 layers, and yields a fantastic result. Remember, we’ll start by listing all the ingredients, so begin by gathering all the necessary items and then follow the comprehensive preparation steps.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of powdered milk
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 small cartons of heavy cream
- 1 small tray of seedless green grapes
- 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
- Chocolate shavings for decoration (optional)
Preparation:
Start by gathering all the ingredients from the list. In a saucepan, add 2 cartons of heavy cream, 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, and the powdered milk. Mix well until completely dissolved.
Now, place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until you obtain a creamy mixture (about 12 minutes), then turn off the heat.
Shortly after, place the grapes in a dish, pour the cream mixture on top, refrigerate, and while it’s chilling, prepare the ganache layer.
Next, place the chocolate and the remaining carton of heavy cream in a bowl, and microwave until fully melted (in 30-second intervals).
After that, spread the ganache layer over the cream layer and add the chocolate shavings.
To finish, if you desire, decorate with more grapes, refrigerate for about 3 hours, and then it’s ready to be served.
