How to make Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 g wheat flour (with or without yeast)
- 1 packet (10 g) of dry biological yeast
- 200 ml water (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
Directions
First, in a deep bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Then make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and incorporate the egg and butter. Now mix thoroughly.
Then gradually add the water, kneading until you have a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Then roll out the dough on a pizza tray, cover with tomato sauce and bake in a preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
