How to make Dulce de Leche
You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.
Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram sugar (5 cups | 35 oz)
- 400 grams powdered milk (3 ½ cups | 14 oz)
- 300 ml water (1 ¼ cups | 10 oz)
Directions:
Start by gathering all the ingredients. In a large saucepan, add the sugar, powdered milk, and finally the water.
Mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth, liquid mixture with no lumps.
Place the pan over medium heat and stir constantly. Keep stirring until the mixture turns thick, creamy, and starts pulling away from the bottom of the pan (like fudge).
Pour the mixture into a square baking dish greased with butter or margarine, spreading it evenly.
While it’s still warm, use a kitchen knife to cut into pieces of your desired size.
Let it cool completely in the refrigerator until it sets and becomes firm.
Once firm, remove from the fridge, separate the pieces, and enjoy your delicious homemade milk fudge as a sweet treat for the afternoon!
