- 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine or butter
- 1 pinch of salt (if the margarine has salt, skip the pinch)
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 250 ml water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
- Sugar and cinnamon (to taste) mixed together to coat your churros right after they are fried
- Milk jam
- Oil for frying
Directions:
Start by heating the water in a pan, then lower the heat and add the margarine and sugar.
Then stir well until all the margarine is dissolved.
Then add the flour little by little, and stir continuously until the dough is loosened from the pan.
Then take it off the heat and add the eggs one by one, then stir them well until all the dough is mixed.
Next, put the dough into a piping bag or a churro pan.
Then press it into the frying pan with the oil very hot, the size is up to you, then cut it with your fingertips or a knife.
