How to make Homemade cheese bread

Homemade cheese bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or as a side dish. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole eggs
  • ⅔ cup of water (150 ml)
  • 4 cups of sour tapioca starch (500 grams)
  • ⅔ cup of oil (150 ml)
  • ⅔ cup of whole milk (150 ml)
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (200 grams) or any cheese of your choice
  • 1 level teaspoon of salt

Directions:

First, place the tapioca starch in a bowl and add the salt, mixing well until fully combined. Set this mixture aside.

Then, in a saucepan, combine the oil, water, and milk. Heat over medium heat until it starts to boil. As soon as it reaches a boil, turn off the heat and carefully pour this mixture over the starch in the bowl to scald it.

Next, stir well with a spoon to incorporate the liquid into the starch. After that, let the dough cool for at least 5 minutes.

Once the dough is cool, begin adding the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition to ensure they are fully incorporated.

Afterward, add the grated cheese and stir again using a spoon until the dough becomes uniform. Then, knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth, no longer sticking to the glass dish, though it may remain slightly sticky on your hands.

To shape the dough, lightly grease your hands with oil and form small balls. Then, arrange them on a large rectangular baking sheet. If necessary, use more than one sheet, but there’s no need to grease them.

Lastly, if desired, you can use the same dough to make tapioca biscuits by shaping it into different forms, such as sticks or horseshoes.

Repeat the process until all the dough is used. Finally, preheat your oven to 356 °F (180 °C) and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy your delicious cheese bread! Enjoy.
