How to make Homemade Cake with 5 Ingredients
Simple, tasty, and full of tradition, the São Bento Cake has won hearts for generations. Perfect for a special coffee break or meaningful moments-it never disappoints. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of sour starch (polvilho azedo)
- ¾ cup of soybean oil (180 ml)
- 1 cup of milk (240 ml)
- Grated cheese to taste
Directions:
First, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Next, lightly grease large muffin molds with oil.
Then, fill each mold to the top with the batter. If you like, you can add small pieces of white cheese to each mold.
After that, place them in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) and bake until the muffins are golden.
Then, carefully remove them from the oven.
Lastly, serve while still warm. Saint Benedict Muffins taste best when served fresh, alongside a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
