2 eggs
250 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

First, using a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar well until a creamy mixture forms. Then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Then add the vanilla essence. Now slowly add the flour sifted with the yeast, mixing until the dough is uniform.

Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Then preheat the oven to 356 °F or (180 °C), now form small balls from the dough and place them on a greased and floured baking sheet.
