First, use a mixer to beat the eggs until they double in volume. Then, melt the hazelnut cream in the microwave in 20-second intervals.
Gradually add the completely melted hazelnut cream to the beaten eggs (while still beating).
After that, transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan (with butter and wheat flour) and bake in a preheated oven (180°C or 350°F).
