How to make Grandma’s homemade cookie

Grandma’s cookie recipe; she always preferred using real butter instead of margarine. Each cookie has a chocolate surprise inside, making every bite soft, sweet, and irresistibly creamy.. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (4-serving) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Mini Snickers squares, unwrapped

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, blend the butter or margarine with both sugars, the vanilla, and the pudding mix until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in the flour and baking soda until a soft dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into balls about 1.5 inches wide.
  5. Gently press each ball flat, place a Mini Snickers in the middle, and wrap the dough around it to completely enclose the candy.
  6. Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 12 minutes, or until the cookies look set and lightly golden around the edges.
