How to make Orange Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour/wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of orange zest
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder
- ¾ cup of unsalted butter
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and whisk for about 1 minute. Then, add the sugar and continue whisking.
While mixing, add the butter, baking powder, flour, strained orange juice, and orange zest.
Beat for another 2 minutes until the batter becomes smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then take it out of the pan and serve.
