How to Make Easy Rice Cake

- 50 grams of grated coconut
- 1 small jar of coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 1 cup of sugar
Preparation Method:
Start by adding the rice to a container, adding water, and soaking for about 4 hours. Then, drain all the water, place the rice in a blender, add the coconut milk, and blend well for about 3 to 4 minutes (or until smooth).
Next, add the eggs, oil, and sugar to the blender and blend again for about 60 seconds. Then, add the grated coconut and baking powder, and blend to combine the ingredients.
