- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour/wheat flour (195 g / 6.9 oz)
- ⅓ cup sugar (67 g / 2.36 oz)
- 1 cup milk (240 ml / 8.11 fl oz)
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml vegetable oil (1.69 fl oz)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly foamy. Add the milk and oil, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
Mix in the baking powder, then gradually add the flour, stirring until the batter is lump-free and homogeneous.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
Let it cool slightly, remove from the pan, and serve warm or at room temperature.
