How to make Easy Milk Dessert

- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
- 395 grams/13.9 oz of condensed milk
- 400 grams/14.10 oz of heavy cream
- 5 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the gelatin)
- 1 + ½ cups of powdered milk
Directions:
Start by hydrating the gelatin in water in a bowl. Then, dissolve it according to the package instructions and set it aside.
Next, put the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then, add the gelatin to the mixture.
Blend again to incorporate the ingredients, transfer everything to a serving glass bowl (glass dish), and refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours.
Once set, remove from the refrigerator, sprinkle with 50% chocolate (optional), and serve.
