How to make Easy Homemade Bread
Easy and Quick Bread for Breakfast or Afternoon Snack. You don’t need to go to a nearby restaurant or nearby food place. Here you find Pretty food, Meal prep and without having to buy online cooking classes.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams (about 18 ounces) of all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups of warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder (about 10 grams or 0.35 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Directions:
Start by placing all the ingredients except the flour into a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Gradually add the flour to the blender mixture, mixing well until you form a dough. This should take about 15 minutes.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking pan, spreading it evenly. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, or until it doubles in volume.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush the top of the dough with a mixture of beaten egg and a little milk.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Remove the bread from the oven, let it cool slightly, then remove from the pan. Serve as desired.
