Recipe ingredients:

  • 500g screw pasta or any other – (17.6 oz)
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded or cubed – (7 oz)
  • 200g ham, diced – (7 oz)
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained – (about 200g | 7 oz)
  • 1 box heavy cream or table cream – (200g | 7 oz)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce – (120ml | 4 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese – (optional, but adds a creamy touch)
  • Sliced smoked sausage (like Calabrese or any of your choice) – to taste
  • Salt, black pepper, green onions, and cilantro – to taste

Instructions:

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until (Pasta needs to be cooked and soft, but still firm to the bite.). Drain and set aside. In a large pan, sauté the sliced sausage until lightly browned.

Add the diced ham and cook for another minute. Stir in the corn, tomato sauce, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Mix well until the sauce becomes creamy.

Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat everything evenly with the sauce. Toss in the mozzarella cheese and stir until the cheese melts and blends into the dish.

Finish with chopped cilantro, green onions, black pepper, and adjust salt to taste.

Serve hot and enjoy this delicious, creamy, cheesy pasta with sausage!

Recipe ingredients: 1 cup (120g / 4.2 oz) of all-purpose flour/wheat flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon (14g / 0.5 oz) of butter ½ cup (120ml / 4 oz) of milk Salt to taste 1 teaspoon (5g / 0.18 oz) of baking powder Filling Suggestions (to taste): Shredded chicken Cream cheese or soft requeijão Sliced cheese (You may also use ham, vegetables, or your favorite ingredients) Instructions: Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, and melted butter until well blended.
