- 4.2 oz (½ cup / 120ml) of milk
- 4 oz (½ cup / 1 stick / 113g) of butter
- 3.5 oz (½ cup / 100g) of sugar
- 2.1 oz (½ cup / 60g) of all-purpose flour
- 12.7 oz (3 cups / 360g) of cornstarch
- 0.17 oz (1 teaspoon) of baking powder
- 4 egg yolks
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg yolks and milk, stirring well. Then, mix in the baking powder.
Gradually add the cornstarch and flour, mixing until you achieve a smooth and uniform dough.
Take small portions of the dough, roll them into thin strips, and shape them into rings.
Place the shaped dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
