1 packet of strawberry-flavored powdered drink mix
800 grams of chilled heavy cream (4 small cartons)
1 packet of pineapple-flavored powdered drink mix

Preparation:

Begin by adding 2 cartons of heavy cream and the pineapple-flavored powdered drink mix to a stand mixer. Beat well for about 2 minutes or until you achieve a smooth and fluffy cream.

Pour the cream mixture into disposable cups (or individual serving glasses) filling them halfway, and set aside.

Next, in the stand mixer, add the remaining 2 cartons of heavy cream and the strawberry-flavored powdered drink mix. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

Fill the cups with the strawberry mixture, then refrigerate for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
