  • 4 packs of unsweetened shredded coconut (about 400g | 14 oz total)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g | 14 oz)
  • Extra shredded coconut for coating (optional)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until it forms a thick, sticky dough.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Using a spoon, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.

If desired, roll each ball in additional shredded coconut to coat.

Serve and enjoy this easy and delicious coconut treat!
