How to make Roasted chicken breasts
Baked chicken breasts with just 5 ingredients, for any time of day. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chicken broth, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt or to taste
- 1 pinch Creole seasoning (such as Tony Chachere’s®) or more to taste
Directions
First, let’s preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Now start by rubbing the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkling both sides with salt and Creole seasoning. Now place the chicken on a baking tray.
Then place it in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes. Then turn the chicken over and cook until the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes more.
Then, using an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center, it should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Next, we’ll remove the chicken to a plate.
Finally, we’ll pour the chicken stock into the pan and scrape the brown bits off the bottom with a flat-topped wooden spatula.
Finish by adding more stock if necessary to dislodge the browned bits, but not too much, or it will be watery.
To serve, drizzle the chicken with the sauce from the frying pan.
