450 grams of shredded chicken (seasoned to taste)
3 eggs
1 + ½ cups of milk
2 heaping tablespoons of grated cheese
1 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation:

First, add the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese, all-purpose flour, and salt to the blender, and blend everything for about 2 minutes. Then, add the baking powder and blend for an additional 15 seconds (to mix the baking powder with the batter).

After that, pour half of the batter into a greased and floured pan, add the seasoned shredded chicken, and cover with the remaining batter.

Next, bake in a preheated oven 180ºC (356 °F) for about 35 minutes (or until golden brown).
