How to Make Easy and Quick Bread

- 3 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar

- 10 grams (0.35 ounces) or 1 envelope of dry yeast
- 1 cup of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Start by using a bowl to add the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt, mix well, and set aside. Next, dissolve the dry yeast in warm water until it forms foam.
Then, combine all the dry ingredients, make a well in the middle, and add the mixture of water with yeast and apple cider vinegar.
Now, knead until you get a homogeneous and elastic dough. After that, cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
Next, take portions of the dough, shape the loaves, and transfer them to a greased baking sheet. Then, bake in a preheated oven (180ºC/350ºF) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
