- 1 cup of shredded coconut (100 grams)
- 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 cup of heavy cream (or 1 small carton)
- 3/4 cup of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 1/4 cups of milk (300 ml)
- 1 bar of chocolate (7 oz or 200 grams)

First, blend the coconut milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and regular milk in a blender for about 2 minutes, until smooth and well combined.
Then, dissolve the gelatin in warm water and add it to the mixture. Gently stir in the shredded coconut until fully incorporated. Now, pour the mixture into a greased mold and set aside while we prepare the topping.
Topping:
Start by melting the chocolate with the milk in the microwave, stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning. Once fully melted, pour this chocolate topping over the coconut base, spreading it carefully to create an even layer.
