Today we’re going to prepare these fluffy and delicious pancakes in just 30 minutes, easy and simple to make. Take paper and pen to write down all the ingredients and follow the preparation method.

How to make fluffy pancakes

In just 30 minutes, we can make these fluffy and tasty pancakes. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.

Ingredients pancakes

  • 1 Large Egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoon Milk
  • Canola Oil (or any other vegetable oil), for cooking

Directions

We’ll start by mixing the sugar, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl, making sure they’re well mixed.

Then, using a separate bowl, mix together the milk, vanilla, egg and melted butter. Now, be careful not to use melted butter that is too hot, as it may inadvertently cook the eggs.

Then pour the mixture of wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Then the dough should be thick, with some lumps, but without any visible traces of flour. If it’s too thick, you can add a little milk. Leave the dough to rest for 5–10 minutes.

Then, over medium-low heat, heat a thick-bottomed non-stick frying pan and grease it lightly with oil. Then use a ¼ cup measuring cup to scoop and pour the batter into the pan, creating evenly sized pancakes.

Finally, cook until the first side is golden brown or until bubbles form on the top surface. Finish by flipping the pancakes over and cooking the other side until golden brown. Adjust the heat as necessary. Serve the pancakes while they are still hot.
