Ingredients (Large Batch – Serves 10–12)
- 2 cups natural plain yogurt (490 g / 17.3 oz)
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (790 g / 27.9 oz total)
- 4 boxes heavy cream or table cream (800 g / 28.2 oz total)
- 2 packets strawberry drink powder mix (36–50 g / 1.3–1.8 oz total)
- 1 cup whole milk (240 ml / 8.1 fl oz)
Instructions
Step 1: Blend the mixture
Add the yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, cream, strawberry powder, and milk to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 8 minutes, or until the mixture becomes completely smooth, thick, and creamy.
Step 2: Transfer to serving dish
Pour the mixture into a large glass dish or individual glass dessert cups for a more elegant presentation.
Step 3: Chill until firm
Place the dessert in the refrigerator at 35–40°F (2–4°C) for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set and firm.
Step 4: Serve and decorate
Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with chocolate syrup, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, or fruit pieces if desired. Serve cold for the best texture and flavor.
