How to make lasagna

Lasagna is a recipe that is always welcome, very creamy and tasty. Remembering that we will start by listing all the ingredients, so start by separating all the ingredients and then the complete preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 (12 ounce) package lasagna noodles

Directions

First, brown the ground beef, onion and garlic in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Then, when the meat is fully cooked, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano, stirring until well mixed and heated through.

Then, using a generous bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan.

Then, on the base of a slow stove, start with a layer of the meat mixture. Now lay out a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking them up if necessary to fit the pan.

Then spread a portion of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Let’s repeat this process of layering sauce, noodles and cheese until all the ingredients have been used.

Finally, cover the slow cooker and leave to cook on a low heat for approximately 4 to 6 hours. This delicious dish is ready.
