If you’re looking for an easy no-bake grape dessert, this creamy gelatin treat is rich, smooth, and perfect for individual servings. Made with simple ingredients and ready to chill, it’s ideal for parties, meal prep, or a quick family dessert.
Ingredients:
- 4 packets (0.3 oz each) grape gelatin (about 34 g each)
- 2 ½ cups hot water (20 fl oz)
- 4 cartons heavy cream (7 oz each – total 28 oz)
- Grape sauce, strawberry sauce, or fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries, blueberries) for topping
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the grape gelatin completely in the hot water, stirring well for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Add the heavy cream and whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. The color will turn into a soft, pastel purple.
Pour the mixture into individual dessert cups (plastic or glass cups both work great). This makes them perfect for parties and easy serving.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and firm.
Before serving, top with grape syrup, strawberry sauce, or fresh fruit for a beautiful and flavorful finish.
